Famous friends: Victoria Beckham and Tana Ramsay take their children to the Westway Sports Centre for a day of rock climbing
With her husband David Beckham in South Africa for the World Cup, Victoria must be finding it hard to keep herself busy.
But luckily close friend Tana Ramsay was on hand to entertain the 36-year-old star today, when she took Victoria, her sons and her own children to the Westway Sports Centre in London for a day of fun.
While both Victoria and Tana had opted for slightly unsuitable outfits for the rock climbing expedition, their children were desperate to get started and virtually ran to the rock climbing wall.
Stylish: Victoria looked chic in a swallow-print Miu Miu dress and blue suede heels
Tana, dressed casually in white jeans, a black vest top, wedge heels and the obligatory sunglasses, followed sedately behind, accompanied by Victoria, who looked chic in a swallow-print Miu Miu dress.
The former Spice Girls star, who wore the same outfit earlier in the week, teamed the dress with a pair of sky-high blue suede heels that were arguably not suited for a day at the Westway.
Low cut: The outfit revealed a bit too much as Victoria enjoyed the day with her boys
Brood: Victoria took her three sons Brooklyn (left), Romeo (centre) and Cruz (back) while Tana held tight to one of her daughters
With her hair scraped back into a chic bun, Victoria also wore a pair of huge sunglasses.
And while she didn't indulge in any rock climbing herself, Victoria was clearly thrilled to see her three sons so excited on their playdate.
Exciting: The children had a go on the Westway Sports Centre's impressive climbing wall
And they are also likely to be excited about the prospect of seeing their mother in Nickelodeon cartoon.
Victoria recently recorded a voice for character Queen Amphitrite for an episode called The Clash of Triton, and says she loved the experience.
She said: 'I was so thrilled when I was asked to be a part of SpongeBob as my children love the show.
Cartoon queen: Victoria voices Queen Amphirtrite in an upcoming episode of SpongeBob Squarepants
'When I told the boys that I was going to be on the show, they were so excited!
'I had such a great time recording the voice of Queen Amphitrite. How fun to be a Queen for a day! We are all looking forward to watching it together.'
The episode will air on July 5th.
