BIOGRAPHY:
Janeisha John, a junior Business Administration major with a concentration in Marketing, represented the beauty of the U.S. Virgin Islands at the Miss America pageant that took place on Jan. 26 in Las Vegas.
John has vast experience in pageantry. As a child she competed for Miss Cinderella and as a teenage girl for Miss V.I. Pride, and Miss St. Croix. She then vied for the Miss UVI title, where she was first runner up, and less than a year later she was on her way to Las Vegas as Miss U.S.Virgin Islands to compete for the title of Miss America.
Janeisha will now represent US Virgin Islands at Miss Universe 2010 in Las Vegas. Janeisha John represented the Virgin Islands in Miss America 2008.
