According to a report by Lyon Magazine, Virginie Dechenaud, the first runner-up of Miss France 2010, will represent France in the 60th Miss World pageant. 22 year old Virginie stands 1.76m and comes from La Frette. It is earlier reported the Miss France 2010 Malika Menard will represent France at both Miss World 2010 and Miss Universe 2010. Is it a change? First runner-up will participate in Miss World Pageant?
