She might have disappeared off in the back of a cab like a naughty schoolgirl with 22-year-old Jake Whitehall the evening before - but Kelly Brook was the very model of grown-up sophistication last night.

Kelly, 30, raised eyebrows when she sped off with the young comedian - who's in a relationship - after the Cosmopolitan Ultimate Women Of The Year Awards on Tuesday night.

Single Kelly was back on her own again however last night at the launch of the latest LG Optimus One phone at London's Penthouse nightclub.

Looking stunning in a fitted charcoal dress with black ruffled side panelling and mesh heels, the model had her hair up in a sleek chignon hairdo.

The £500 Bionda Castana peep toe mesh boots are clearly some of Kelly's favourites as she'd worn them the night before too.

At the Cosmo bash, she teamed them with a low-waisted maroon striped Azzedine Alaia dress.
Perhaps she sees them as her lucky shoes...

Because as well as leaving with comic Whitehall on Tuesday night, earlier, she was said to have been chatted up by Dizzee Rascal and did a good deal of flirting back.

In fact, Kelly says that she gets so much male attention she has to change her mobile phone number regularly in a bid to avoid being bombarded with calls.

She said: 'Men ask so I give it out. I’m quite approachable. I have to change my number every couple of months because I give it to anybody who asks for it.

'Does that make me easy? Then they all keep calling me and I change it.'
Luckily for Kelly, she'll have another new phone after last night too.
