After her recent run of bad luck, Kate Moss has escaped to the Caribbean.

And judging by these pictures of her lying topless on a deserted beach with boyfriend Jamie Hince, she certainly appears to be enjoying herself.

The 36-year-old supermodel, who has seen her London home flooded and burgled in the space of a week, was photographed sharing a lingering kiss with Hince as they lounged around in the sand yesterday.

Their intimate clinch was reminiscent of the famous beach scene in the 1953 film From Here To Eternity with Deborah Kerr with Burt Lancaster


After their amorous embrace, Hince then started to rub sand all over the mother of one - massaging it into her back and neck.

Hince, a guitarist for rock band The Kills, wore a pair of tight black swimming bottoms to match his girlfriend's.

After lying on the beach, the couple were spotted aboard a yacht where 40-year-old Jamie set about showering Kate and washing off the sand he'd earlier rubbed all over her.

Kate also spent some time relaxing alone, floating around nearby the boat in a rubber ring.

But the trip was not just all about pleasure. She also had some work to do.

So after taking some time out she was whisked off to go and do some of her sultry poses, sat in the front of a vintage Porsche car for a photoshoot.

Last week around £100,000 of damage was caused when her £8million home in St John's Wood, north-west London, was flooded with sewage.

Items including furniture, expensive rugs, her shoe collection and several photographers by Mario Testino are believed to have been damaged beyond repair.

The incident occurred less than a week after her house was burgled.

A Banksy painting worth £80,000 and two other pieces of precious art works were stolen.

The burglary happened at around 4am when Moss was asleep. Her boyfriend Jamie and mother Linda were also at home.

Police said at the time a 24-year-old man had been arrested in connection with the incident.
