Heartbreaker: Jusin Bieber has cancelled his Sunday night show in New York due to illness


Teen heartthrob Justin Bieber has disappointed hundreds of fans by cancelling his Sunday night show in Syracuse, New York.

The singer was due to play at the New York State Fair tonight, but is apparently too sick to perform.

And it looks as if he is rescheduling for Wednesday night instead

Bieber released a statement via his website saying, 'Due to an illness and under doctor's orders, Justin Bieber has been forced to re-schedule his Sunday, Aug. 29 concert at the New York State Fair to Wednesday, Sept. 1, at 7 pm.'

And he took to Twitter to thank his fans for their support.
'Been super sick lately but u guys are carrying me. thank u for the love.'

The pint-sized pop star caused controversy recent by appearing in a racy 'Mrs Robinson' inspired photoshoot for ELLE magazine with 29-year-old reality star Kim Kardashian.

Jealous fans of the singer were outraged when he joked about Kardashian being his girlfriend during the June shoot in the Bahamas.

And despite being beseiged with angry messages from Bieber fanatics, Kardashian couldn't resist Tweeting about it. saying 'I officially have Bieber Fever!!!'

The Baby hitmaker returned the compliment by posting a picture on his Twitter page with the accompanying message: 'Look its my girlfriend Kim Kardashian.'

Justin Bieber recently claimed he is still single and is open to possibility of dating his female fans.

TV pundit Bill O'Reilly called the photoshoot 'inappropriate', especially as he Bieber looked younger than 16 and Kardashian looked older than 29.

And he claimed that at 16, he had no interest in older women.

'I wanted to be a baseball player [when I was 16],' he said.

'I didn't want to hang around with Kim Kardashian. I had a baseball bat and a ball and [a pair of] ice skates! That's what I was doing.

He then added, 'I will tell you this: If a 16-year-old girl was pictured with a 29-year-old man in any of that, he'd be in big trouble.'
