Corrupting: Billie says some of her country neighbours think she is her character Belle du Jour
With a successful acting career, a husband, and a new life in the country, Billie Piper had only one more box to tick.
And it seems the decision to add a baby to her list of contentment was quite an easy - and passionate one - to make.
In a stunning photoshoot for Marie Claire magazine Miss Piper, 27, spoke candidly about her relationship with husband, actor Lawrence Fox, 31, who stars in the detective series Lewis.
And more candid still, she makes some colourful revelations about the moment the young couple chose to start a family.
Asked whether little Winston was planned, she said: 'Well, you do make an active decision that you're not going to use condoms or whatever. Then there's that, "I am so in love, I just want to have your baby".
'It's such a hot thing, it's so gorgeous. "We fell in love, I want you to impregnate me" I don't know what's not hot about that. And also, making a child in the throes of love instead of, "Oh, I suppose we should knock one out."'
Asked about Winston's conception, she said: 'We were in our house in the country and we'd just got back from our honeymoon. It was literally jet-lag sex.'
Hello piggy: But Billie says country life isn't all plain sailing
She said: 'We're quite desperate about each other. It's fiery and needy. We're two very emotional people with staunch views about certain things.
'And from such different worlds. Big families, but we were raised so differently.
'When we have fights, it's often about the fact that we see things very differently because of the way we've been brought up.'
Extolling the virtues of life in the countryside appears to be de rigeur for celebrities these days.
Living the country life: Billie Piper in one of the photos from this month's Marie Claire magazine
Liz Hurley has a property in the countryside as has Kate Winslet and just last week, Lily Allen was revealed to be turning her back on London and heading for the Cotswolds.
And Billie gives us a peek of her domestic contentment with her husband and one-year-old son Winston on her West Sussex farm.
In the most typical, we see her knelt down in a ruffled pink dress smiling as she strokes the nose of a spotted pig.
In the accompanying article, Miss Piper states that country life is not all plain sailing.
Says Billie, 27, who most recently starred on TV as high class call girl Belle Du Jour: 'It's funny. When Laurence and I go out into the countryside, I think a few of the older locals actually believe I'm a whore.'
'They love Laurence because he's in Lewis, and his fan club are basically in their mid-sixties and upwards. They love him. It's sickening.
'They follow him around, they want to mother him. I mean, there are places he can't go - like Mecca Bingo or the bowling green - but he loves it. Then they look at me and are like, "That slag! How could you dirty yourself with her? She's corrupted you".'
