Nearly two weeks after confirming that he has begun shooting music video for 'Who Says', John offers first listen to the song on his official website.
Rock singer John Mayer has just debuted a new single, titled "Who Says", on his official website. Alerting fans about the song, which will serve as the first single off his upcoming studio album "Battle Studies", he tweets " 'Who Says,' the first single from Battle Studies. From my heart to yours."
Speaking about the track in an interview for the newest issue of Rolling Stone magazine, Mayer reveals "When I sing it, I do not think about marijuana - I think about walking around your house naked with a guitar." He then adds, "It's about being in control of the pleasure in your life," when explaining on what the song is actually about.
Fans can listen to "Who Says" on John's official website.
In another single-related news, John Mayer took it to his Twitter account earlier last week to confirm that he has begun shooting the music video for "Who Says". In companion to his tweet, he also posted two photos showing the shooting process of the video. No release date or detais on the video yet. "Battle Studies", in the meantime, has been confirmed to be dropped in U.S. market on November 17.
